TAX FORMS

Federal forms:  The library does not have Federal forms.  Below are the instructions to print from the website.

• Visit irs.gov and look under “Forms and Instructions.”
• If you are printing at the library, black and white copies are 25 cents per page. 

State forms:  The library has a variety of state forms.  You may also print the forms you need from the website.

• Visit illinois.gov/rev/forms.
• If you are printing at the library, black and white copies are 25 cents per page.
