Teen Improv Workshop from 10:30-noon. Many people are intimidated by the word “improv,” thinking in order to be good at it, you have to be funny. However, that is far from the truth. In fact, if you allow yourself to simply “be yourself” and listen to what is being said to you and react naturally, oftentimes that is where the humor springs forth. Paddy has many wonderful “ice breaker games” to start us off, as well as many fun scenarios to launch us into a risk -free improv workshop that anyone can play. Fairytale workshop for grades 1st-5th workshop from 1-2pm. Children are always fascinated by fairytales and fables, and many of them are familiar with these stories. story acting allows the children the opportunity to be many different characters and exercise their own creativity in playing various roles. Boys and girls enjoy using the costumes and props that enhance the visual aspect of performing these.
