This program is designed for children birth – 4 years old.  During our time together, children have an opening song, they learn an ASL sign of the week, listen to a story and have either a craft or activity time.  This program is free and open to the public; However, registration is required.  If you would like to register you and your child for this program, call the Library at (815) 584-3061 and we will add you to the list.
