The Prairie Creek Public Library recently received a copy of the 2017 Fuel Economy Guide from the U.S. Envirnomental Protection Agency. This guide is an annual publication featuring fuel economy data for new model year cars, sport utility vehicles, and light trucks. This guide will be on display and we invite you to stop in and take a look at it.
You can also learn more regarding fuel economy on their website, http://www.fueleconomy.gov/ The website contains an electronic version of the same Fuel Economy Guide that is displayed in the library, and features updated fuel economy data for new and used passenger vehicles dating back t0 1984. The website offers side-by-side vehicle comparisons and offers valuable fuel-saving tips.
